Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation to ensure all information is correct.

Processing Time: Our team will process your order within 2-3 business days. Orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

  • Order Tracking: We provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

International Shipping

International Orders: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible after your order has been shipped.
  • Cancellations: To cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We will attempt to cancel it if it has not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide a suitable resolution.
  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please take photos of the packaging and its contents, and contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
